Submitting mice for Sperm Cryopreservation

Please have the following items ready in order to complete the form:
  1. Details of the person to contact
  2. Animal facility of where the strain is housed
  3. Person responsible for packing and shipment of mice
If the strain cannot be found in our database or if your strain has restricted access, then the following additional items are required:
  1. Strain name
  2. Researcher details

Please Note: A fee of $350^ per strain will be charged once the cryopreservation process has been completed.

 

Please Note: For strains obtained directly from The Jackson Laboratories please contact Jax for permission to cryopreserve before submitting a request.
